At Paw Pet Pal, we strive to ensure you and your furry friends are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at cs@pawpetpal.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with further instructions on how to return the item(s) and obtain a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate your preference when contacting us for a return. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.
