At Paw Pet Pal, we strive to ensure that every order meets your expectations. If you receive a damaged item or fail to claim your package, please review our refund policy below:

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately at cs@pawpetpal.com with a description of the damage and a picture if possible. We will assess the situation and provide instructions on returning the damaged item. Once we receive the item, we will initiate a refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.

Unclaimed Packages

If your package is returned to us due to being unclaimed or undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment unless otherwise specified. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
